Shrikant badve in billionaires club: Srikanth Badway, promoter and managing director of Belarize Industries, has now joined the list of billionaires. The company’s stock has seen a tremendous jump after listing. Since May 28, the shares of Belarize Industries have rose by about 83%. This stock, which is listing at Rs 90, is now trading at Rs 166.

Budway’s share and property

Srikanth Budway holds 59.56% shares of the company. That is, he has about 53 crore shares, whose market value is about Rs 9,550 crore. Along with being the MD of the company, he is also an advisor to the Economic Affairs of the Government of Maharashtra. Apart from this, Budway has also been the brand ambassador of Magnetic Maharashtra and Make in India and in this role he has worked with Sachin Tendulkar and Madhuri Dixit.

In 1998, Srikanth Badway established Bellariz with only 3 employees. Today, more than 8000 employees work in the company and it has become a well-known auto manufacturing brand. There are 17 manufacturing units across the country, which make parts for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers and commercial vehicles. The company’s annual revenue is more than Rs 7000 crore.

Which products do the company hold?

Belarize makes important components in terms of safety, such as: metal chassis, polymer components, suspension systems, body-in-white components. Belarize has a 24% stake in India’s two-wheeler metal component segment.

On Tuesday, Bellariz’s stock jumped 6.9% to Rs 164.60 on BSE. After this, the company’s market cap increased to Rs 14,300 crore. According to the current market price, the 59.56% stake of Srikanth Badway is about Rs 8,724 crore. That is, the name of Srikanth Badway has also been added to the list of billionaires of India.
