Shubman Gill has become available for the Dilip Trophy 2025-26 and has been given the captaincy of the North Zone team. North Zone has announced its squad for the Dilip Trophy. This first-class tournament will be played from 28 August to 15 September. Under Gill’s captaincy, the Indian team has returned to India by drawing the Test series 2-2 in England. In the last season Dilip Trophy, India A, India B, India C and India D team played, but this time the tournament is making a comeback in its zonal avatar.
