In the CCTV footage that is going viral, it can be seen that a thick colored car (probably black or thick blue) is running on the road at high speed and the body of a retired army is visible under the tire. The car went ahead in the same speed, crushing them. The driver must have known the accident, but he did not try to stop and help.
