Suddenly Tejashwi Yadav started distance from Congress? Said- ‘Elections will be contested in 243 seats’, what is political meaning?
The latest statement of Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav in Bihar’s politics has created a new stir. Addressing the workers at Kanti High School in Muzaffarpur, he announced- ‘Tejashwi will contest the 243 seats in Bihar’. This statement has given rise to many types of discussions in the political corridors.
Tejashwi Yadav started his speech while targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and after that he mentioned the political achievements of his father Lalu Prasad Yadav. At the end of the address, he told the workers, “We will come again … All of you understand that there is a fierce election on every seat of Bihar.” He especially mentioned Muzaffarpur, Gaighat, Bochhan and Kanti seats.
Pressure or political message on Congress?
Political analysts believe that this statement of Tejashwi is not only to increase the enthusiasm of the workers, but can also be a strategy to pressurize the Congress. Significantly, there is currently Congress MLA in Muzaffarpur seat. In such a situation, Tejashwi’s statement indicates the politics of seat sharing within the Grand Alliance. At the same time, also remind that when Rahul Gandhi questioned the Chief Minister of the Grand Alliance, he avoided giving a clear answer. This issue has once again become hot due to Tejashwi’s new statement.
Tejashwi conducted surprise inspection of GMCH
During his visit, Tejashwi Yadav also conducted a surprise inspection of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Purnia. After inspection, he raised serious questions on the decaying situation of the hospital and directly blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the NDA government.
Tejashwi said that the medical college does not even have ICU and Trauma Center. The cardiology department is completely closed and three patients are being admitted on each bed. He informed that the posts of 80% of doctors are vacant here, only 55 posts of nurses have been recruited at 55. Many departments are closed and medical interns have not received salary for the last six months.
Tejashwi attacked the Prime Minister
Tejashwi Yadav alleged that the NDA government does corruption by spending thousands of crores only on building buildings and buying equipment, but does not appoint health workers. As a result, thousands of patients have to resort to private hospitals daily.
Taking a sarcasm at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming Seemanchal tour, Tejashwi said, “The PM must see this medical college of Purnia. Why do they not count the failures of the government after 2005? Otherwise we will say again,” Was something before 2005? “
These statements of Tejashwi have given a new turn to the politics of Bihar, where now discussions about the strategy and seat sharing of the Grand Alliance have intensified.
