Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was on a tour of his parliamentary constituency Rae Bareli, where there was a sharp debate between him and Minister in the UP government Dinesh Pratap Singh during the direction meeting. Who were the leaders in the meeting?

Many public representatives including Amethi MP KL Sharma and Minister of State Dinesh Pratap Singh were present at the Disha meeting, but Unchahar MLA Manoj Kumar Pandey did not attend the meeting. Pandey was expelled by the Samajwadi Party for anti -party activities and supporting BJP in Rajya Sabha elections.
