Many houses transformed into debris
There was a sudden heavy watershed due to a cloudburst in the valley and Junglot villages of Kathua. Due to the grip of the flood, many houses were transformed into debris. The water entered the houses of the people and has been badly affected by the railway track, the national highway, and even the Kathua police station.
Officials said that clouds erupted in the Jod Valley village of the Rajbagh area, due to which the contact of the village has been broken from the rest of the areas. At present, the teams of police and SDRF are present on the spot, and relief rescue work is going on.
