Defense industry benefited from GST cut, Army Chief told how the game Changer will prove?

The army has welcomed the reduction in GST rates. The Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi himself has said that the good news for the army, and has said that it is very important for the research and development and training of weapons.

According to the Army Chief, the GST reforms will benefit the defense industry, as GST has been completely removed or reduced by weapons. According to General Dwivedi, it is a great news to zero GST on the drone, because the coming time is of the drone warfare.

Army benefits from ending GST on weapons

According to the Army Chief, the MSME companies of the defense sector have less funds. In such a situation, such small and medium companies will benefit from decrease in GST.
In a conversation with the media after the release of a book written on Operation Sindoor in the capital Delhi, General Dwivedi said that there is a lot of money spent in R&D (Research and Development) of weapons. Now the GST in R&D will be returned.

General Dwivedi said that zero GST has been done on simulators used in army training, which was very important. The army chief said that the abolition of GST on weapons will strengthen the army.

GST low on military equipment

ABP News first stated that the government has completely abolished the GST on everyday goods as well as a large number of weapons, military aircraft and military equipment. Along with this, the GST on the drone has also been reduced from 28 percent to just 5 percent. The weapons on which the earlier 18 percent GST was completely abolished, these weapons include:

6. Fighter jet’s ejection seat (Pilot comes out of a safe fighter aircraft through this seat during the emergency).

7. 100 mm caliber rocket

8. Deep Sabarjans Rescue Vesel (Defending ship in the event of submarine crash

9. Spare parts of cannon and rifle, testing acupment

10. Software powered radio communication device
