For the first time after Operation Sindoor, the navies of India-Pakistan face to face, the world will be eyeing the drill

Amidst the ongoing tension since Operation Sindoor, the navies of India and Pakistan have issued notice regarding firing drills in the Arabian Sea. The special thing is that there is a distance of only 60 nattical miles in the firing of the two countries to be held on Monday (August 11, 2025). In such a situation, the eyes of the whole world have been put on the Maritime Boundary (International Maritime Border) of India and Pakistan.

According to the information, the Indian Navy has issued a warning in the North Arabian Sea regarding the firing drill from warships for 11 August (Monday). This exercise of the Indian Navy will run from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm on Monday. However, on behalf of the Navy, it has not been informed about this drill which warship will be firing. It has also not been told which missile will be practiced.

Use during firing drill

The Navy has issued this notice, from cargo ships and oil tankers passing through the region to the warship of naval navies from other countries, so that this sea area is not used for navigation during firing drills.

On the other hand, the Pakistani Navy has issued a two-day (11-12 August) warning in its maritime limit regarding the firing drill. This drill will run from 4 am to 3 pm on Monday. The Pakistani Navy has also not revealed the missiles used in the drill etc.

The eyes of the whole world rested

Since the Pahalgam attack (22 April), the navies of India and Pakistan have exercised many times in their maritime borders, but this is the first time that both the navies are going to exercise at the same time at the same time. There is a very short distance between the firing drills of the two countries (60 nautical miles), in such a situation, the eyes of the whole world are standing on it.

After Operation Sindoor (7-10 May), Defense Minister Rajnath Singh praised the Indian Navy for publicly siege to Pakistan. Nervous by the siege of the Indian Navy, Pakistan’s Navy called Turkish warship to Karachi port for help. Rajnath Singh has publicly announced that the next time Pakistan has daring like Pahalgam massacre, the Indian Navy will be responsible for the surgical strike.
