Indigo Flight Emergency Flight: Emergency landing of IndiGo Flight 6E812 going to Nagpur-Kolkata, averted big accident

A major accident was averted today in Indigo flight 6E812 going from Nagpur to Kolkata. Shortly after flying, it seemed that the ship had hit a bird. In view of such a dangerous situation, the pilots immediately showed vigilance and got the aircraft back at Nagpur Airport. Due to the understanding of the pilots, the aircraft did safe emergency landing.

Abid Ruhi, senior director of Nagpur Airport on the matter, said that we suspect that the bird collided with the aircraft. The investigation is on what exactly happened. The pilot landed the alert aircraft back. According to the information, a total of 272 passengers were involved in the aircraft. The front part of the aircraft has caused damage due to the collision of the bird. A picture found from the airport runway can be seen that an employee of the airport is inspecting the aircraft and the front part of the aircraft (nose) looks damaged.

SpiceJet’s flight emergency landing
SpiceJet’s flight SG937 was going from Pune to Delhi on 1 September. Had to face technical fault soon after flying. In view of this situation, the pilots followed the standard procedures and decided to launch the precautionary aircraft at Pune Airport. According to sources, the emergency landing of the aircraft was made during this period. However, SpiceJet in his official statement made it clear that the aircraft landed safely and all the passengers came out in a normal way.

Birds conflict a common danger in air travel
The incidents of bird strikes ie birds colliding at many airports in India have come from time to time. This condition usually occurs during take-off or landing. The engines and wings can be damaged by colliding with birds.
