Jamaat -e -Islami Hind President Syed Sadatullah Hussaini held a press conference on Saturday on several issues including American Tariff, Sharjil Imam and IRSS. He said that we understand the impact of America’s tariff on our India’s economy, especially the poor people.

Regarding the case of Omar Khalid and Sharjil Imam, he said that he has been in jail for 2020 to 5 years. Their trial has not started and now the High Court has refused to give them the bail, so we understand that this is a very lowly. If they should be given a bail, then it is against justice to keep people in jail for 5-5 years without proper trial.
Hussaini said that it is a very big oppression to keep it in jail in this way. This process itself has become a punishment. All things are legal processes. The case will go on in the court and if it is proved to be Kusur, then the punishment will not be proved, then you will be acquitted.
