Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju fiercely targeted Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in the Lok Sabha. He said that if Rahul Gandhi speaks something, then all the MPs of his own party go.

Talking to news agency ANI on Saturday (August 23, 2025), Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said that he (Rahul Gandhi) is the leader of the opposition and I do not want to criticize him. The Supreme Court scolded him when he called the Prime Minister a ‘thief’, he also nonsense on Rafael. He claimed that China had taken possession of our land.

Rahul Gandhi should speak like Indian: Rijiju

Kiren Rijiju, while advising the Leader of Opposition, said that Rahul Gandhi should speak like an Indian. I have no one to improve Rahul Gandhi and he will not listen. Whenever Rahul Gandhi says something, all his MPs become very uncomfortable. He is afraid that he will say nonsense and the party will have to pay its price.

Kiren Rijiju said that we want the opposition to be strong in democracy, because the strong opposition matters a lot for democracy. But here, he (Rahul Gandhi) is not able to perform the basic duties of the opposition far away, far away.
