Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Basti, Mirzapur, Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Sonbhadra, Kaushambi, Chitrakoot, Chandauli, Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Mau, Deoria, Ballia, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Shravasti, Pilibhit, and Lakhimpur Karni are likely to be likely. On September 15, many of these districts may receive heavy rains.
