More than 500 people died due to continuous rains in many states
Many states of the country are receiving monsoon rain continuously. These states mainly include Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, where more than 500 people have died so far due to this terrible weather. At the same time, dozens of people have lost their lives due to landslides, sudden floods and houses collapsing in the last two days.
Continuous rains uproar rivers and submerged fields
All these states of North India are facing the worst weather disasters for the first time in decades. In these states, due to continuous rains, many rivers have been boiled, rivers are flowing above the danger mark, many highways have been blocked due to landslides, the fields were completely submerged, this has destroyed crops and apart from this, thousands of people are trapped in all these disaster affected areas.
There is devastation in all 12 districts of Himachal Pradesh
Due to this terrible disaster, there is widespread havoc in all 12 districts of Himachal Pradesh. The state is facing a completely destructive monsoon. According to data from the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA), 355 people have died in the state since June 20. Out of this, 194 people died due to landslides, flash floods, lightning and drowning, while 161 people died in road accidents during heavy rains.
