In the case of death of 24-year-old Deva Pardhi in Guna district of Madhya Pradesh, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has announced a reward of Rs 2-2 lakh to the person who helped in the arrest of two absconding policemen.

This is the case of Myana police station, where Deva Pardhi, who was detained, died. In fact, the whole matter is that Deva, who hails from Bilakhedi on July 15, 2024, was going to leave for Guna on the evening of 14 July, but at 4.30 pm the police reached the village and took Deva and his uncle Gangaram from the tractor on which the procession was to be made. The police had to interrogate him in a theft case, so the police took him.
After this, on the evening of July 14, the family received information from the district hospital that a Pardhi youth has been brought to the postmortem room. After reaching the hospital, it was found that Deva was killed in police custody. After the news of the case spread, a large number of women of the community reached the district hospital. The local police first investigated this case, but now the CBI is investigating the matter. During the CBI investigation, three accused Sub Inspector Devraj Singh Parihar, police station in -charge Zubair Khan and a private person have also been arrested and a charge sheet has also been filed.
Two lakhs of criminal police personnel absconding in the case were rewarded
Two policemen Sanjit Singh and Uttam Singh Kushwaha involved in this case have not been arrested yet. The court had issued non-bailable warrants against them and both have also been declared declared criminals. The CBI says that a cash reward will be given to the person who gives any strong information help to catch these two. A reward of Rs 2 lakh has been kept on every accused.
CBI Appeal to the people of the country
The investigating agency has appealed to the general public that if someone has information about these absconding police officers, then they should immediately contact the CBI.
