CDS General Anil Chauhan has given a strong message to the enemies of the country that even though India is a peace -loving country, we are not ‘pacifists’. In such a situation, the enemies should not remain in misunderstanding. This is the reason that the armies of the country are always ready for war, because only peace can bring peace.

CDS General Chauhan while addressing the Ran-dialogue program held at Army War College, Mhow (Indore) on Tuesday (August 26, 2025), said that peace is a ‘utopian’ perception without power. General Chauhan reiterated the lines of Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar and said that “Forgiveness is the one who has a gararal, what is the dentalless, uninteresting, simple, simple.” CDS said that if you want peace then be ready for war.
CDS told- What will be Future Warfare
General Chauhan said that the purpose of Ran Dialogue is not to discuss Operation Sindoor. Because the lesson we had to read from Operation Sindoor is being implemented. The CDS said that in the battle dialogue, we are discussing what is ahead of Operation Sindoor i.e. what will be the ‘Future Warfare’.

He said that the battle of the near future will be very dangerous, in that we can win only the Army, Air Force and Navy). General Chauhan said that we have to become strong and self -sufficient in every situation.

What about Sudarshan Chakra Mission
On the announcement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Sudarshan Chakra Mission from the ramparts of the Red Fort on the occasion of Independence Day this year, the CDS said that work has started on it. General Chauhan said that the successful test of Integrated Air Defense Weapon System (IADWS) by DRDO (Defense Research and Development Organization) on Sunday is part of this link.

The CDS said that when this mission is completed in the year 2035, it will protect the country like Iron Dome (or Golden Dome) of India. The CDS said that India is moving towards becoming developed. In such a situation, India’s armies are also trying to join the category of Advance Military around the world.
