Gadkari spoke on new toll pass
Gadkari said, “People go out of their car for tourism and have to bear the burden of toll. Now they will have to pay a low toll charge and there will be no need to stop at the toll plaza.”
Big statement about road and tunnel construction
The Union Minister said that at this time the work of 450 km long tunnel is going on. Although the expenditure is high, tunnel construction is being given priority in states like Himachal, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir. Also, new rules have been made for diversion so that there is no dependence on temporary solutions.
Ropeway will be built between Dhaulakuan-Manesar
Gadkari informed that there is a plan to build ropeway from Dhaulakuan to Manesar. Its speed can be up to 200 km per hour, although the speed will be slightly reduced due to many stations being built in the middle.
Water taxi and C-plane project in Mumbai
He informed that the Maharashtra government is going to start a water taxi service in Mumbai. Apart from this, a plan was also made to run about 100 C-plane. C-plane service was introduced from Sardar Sarovar in Ahmedabad, but due to the financial problems of the state government, the scheme could not progress.

Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said that the government is constantly taking steps to reduce road accidents. Special attention has been paid to improvement in road engineering, flyover construction and repairing black spots. He told that now six airbags are being replaced in cars instead of four. However, the big challenge is the negligence of the people, Such as not wearing helmets while riding a bike or breaking traffic signal. Gadkari said that the helmet has been made mandatory with the sales of the bike and the fine has also been strict.

Gadkari said that now the police will not disturb the people who take the injured to the hospital after the road accident. New rules have been implemented for this. He told that earlier people did not help with fear that the police should not make a mess. At the same time, the government has also improved on insurance.

Gadkari said that the sale of electric two-wheelers is getting 15% more than petrol vehicles. This will not only reduce pollution, but in the coming time the prices of electric and petrol and diesel vehicles will also be almost equal.

Gadkari said that the GST automobile industry in the country gives the most. His dream is that in the next five years, India became number-one in the world in the field of biofuel and the goal of pollution-free and self-sufficient India should be met.
