A national level program was organized at Babu Jaishankar Gaya Prasad College, Sumerpur on behalf of Pushpendra Pratap Singh, a social worker and National President of Pushp Foundation, which became a topic of discussion in the entire region.
Thousands of sisters gathered from every rural panchayat and locality of Bhagwantnagar. There was a huge crowd of sisters at the venue from 8 am to late evening, in which more than 20 thousand sisters tied a rakhi on the wrist of Pushpendra Pratap Singh and blessed their famous and longevity life.
This event was also special because social worker Pushpendra Pratap Singh has no real sister. On this occasion, he pledged to serve the entire nation by considering all women as his sister. He said that in today’s modern era, relationships are getting weaker, in such a situation, this festival is not just a ritual but a symbol of strengthening the relationship.
He said, “We have pledged to serve the entire nation and have considered all the women of the assembly as their sister. I will always try to fulfill the duty of a brother.” He also talked about bringing happiness on every face in the society and building a strong society.
