Due to rain, life has been disturbed due to waterlogging. The Meteorological Department has also warned of heavy rains in many districts today (2 September).

According to the Meteorological Department, on Tuesday too, the rainy season will continue in most parts of the state. Today, in the western division, many places are expected to be shocked with thunderstorms. During this time, an orange alert has been issued for very heavy rains at almost all places in Saharanpur, Shamli and Muzaffarnagar.

The rain will slow down from tomorrow

At the same time, there will be rain with thunderstorms in eastern UP. There is also an alert of very heavy rain at some places here. From September 3, this period of rain will gradually start to weaken and after that the process of rain will stop. Light rain may occur at different places till 7 September.

In UP today, very heavy rain has been warned in Saharanpur, Shamli and Muzaffarnagar. Apart from this, Baghpat, Meerut, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Hathras, Mathura will also rain at almost all places.

Rain alert in these districts

Sambhal, Moradabad, Badaun, Etah, Kasganj, Farrukhabad, Hardoi, Kannauj, Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Kanpur, Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, Mirjapur, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Varanasi, Sonbhadra have been warned of heavy rain with thunderstorms in many places today.

At the same time, Noida, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Bijnor, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Agra, Firozabad, Hardoi, Lucknow, Unnao, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Pratapgarh, Prayagraj, Varanasi and Chandauli will rain in many places today. However, no special warning has been given here.

The weather was pleasant due to rain

Due to rain in the last 24 hours, the maximum temperature of the state has decreased by 3-5 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the mercury will start increasing once again from Wednesday. During this time there will be an increase of 2-4 degrees Celsius. However, there will be no significant change in the minimum temperature.
