After the meeting, Congress party leader Jairam Ramesh targeted many issues on the Modi government at the Center. What did Jairam Ramesh say about vote theft in Bihar,

During the press briefing on Wednesday (September 24, 2025) after the CWC meeting, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said, ‘Congress MP Rahul Gandhi took out the vote theft campaign in Bihar, it started from Karnataka. There is a long mention in the proposal about this campaign in the meeting. We are going to leave mini hydrogen bomb and plutonium bomb in the next one month.

He said, ‘The signature campaign will run in Bihar from September 15, 2025 to October 15, 2025. During this time signature will be taken from 5 crore people of Bihar. After this, he will be handed over to the Election Commission. He also said that the Election Commission has become the Prime Minister’s cut.

Congress leader tightened up from demonetisation to GST

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said, ‘The economy was first pushed by demonetisation. After eight years, rates have been cut under compulsion. But people’s income did not increase and they are celebrating GST festival.

He said, ‘8 years ago, Rahul Gandhi told GST that this is Gabbar Singh Tax. For 8 years, we have been demanding that it needs to be improved, which has been done in an inadequate manner. Its weight will come on the states.

Jairam Ramesh said about ethnic census

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said, ‘There was also a discussion about social polarization in the meeting. The Modi government had not broken its silence on the caste census for 8 years, but now due to pressure from the Congress party, the government has announced to conduct caste census.

He questioned, ‘Social survey was done and 65 percent reservation was announced, but the Prime Minister has not given it constitutional security, what is the reason behind this?’

Modi government’s diplomacy completely failed- Congress

At the same time, the Congress leader also took a dig at the Modi government’s diplomacy. He said, ‘Rahul ji said that there are failures in it. Saudi Arabia has tied up with Pakistan on security matters. Apart from this, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka are all friends of the Prime Minister and their friends have created such a situation. This is a big failure of Modi government’s diplomacy.
