Website and missed call number for complaint of ‘vote theft’ … Rahul Gandhi in the mood to do 2-2 hands from Election Commission

On the fake voter case, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi was reprimanded by the Election Commission, saying that he should submit a clear declaration and affidavit as per the rules or to apologize to the country for his false and misleading allegations. At the same time, the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha has now started a campaign against it. It seems as if Rahul Gandhi has decided to do two hands with the Election Commission.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi posted on the social media platform X on Sunday (August 10, 2025) and said that the vote theft is an attack on the basic democratic principle of the ‘one person, one vote’. Clean voter list is mandatory for independent and fair elections.

Rahul Gandhi in the mood across the Election Commission

Rahul Gandhi said that our demand from the Election Commission is clear, show transparency and make digital voter list public, so that the public and political parties can audit it themselves. He further said that you should also join us and support this demand – go to http://votechori.in/ECDEMAnd or give a missed call on 9650003420. This fight has protected democracy.

Leaders should make statements along with facts and evidence- ECI

Rahul Gandhi had made serious allegations against the Election Commission in a recent press conference. The Election Commission expressed strong objection to these and said that Rahul Gandhi mentioned the case of Aditya Srivastava, while action has been taken in this matter only in 2018.

According to the Election Commission, the allegations made by the Congress leader are not based on the facts and this has tried to question the impartiality of the Commission. The Commission has made it clear that to maintain confidence in the democratic process, leaders should give statements along with facts and evidence.
