BCCI Found Replacement for Dream11: The Board of Control for Cricket in India is looking for a spony for Team India’s jersey. But it is very expensive for the Indian team to sponsor any company. The BCCCI charges Rs 3.5 crore for a bilateral series. At the same time, 1.5 crore rupees of a match are taken for the event with many teams. According to Cricbuzz report, this amount is taken by BCCI sponsors in matches of ICC (International Cricket Council) and ACC (Asian Cricket Council).
Dream 11 replacement
It is now illegal to run or promote these games under the recently implemented online implementation of the Government of India. Due to this new law, the BCCI has canceled the contract with (Dream 11), which was the lead sponsor of the Indian team. But right now there is time to get the lead sponsor for Team India’s jersey. It can be decided only after the Asia Cup.
BCCI will get a new sponsor
The company may have to pay Rs 400 crore to become a new sponsor of BCCI. At the same time, the deal between BCCI and lead sponsors signs for how much money is signed only after the auction. BCCI has started the application process for new sponsors on Tuesday, September 2 and has kept the last date for submitting the bidds 16 September.
The Asia Cup is going to start from 9 September and before that, now the name of Team India Dream 11 will get a new jersey, because Indian players can no longer promote any online gaming platform. The Asia Cup will start on 9 September and the BCCI will take applications from companies by 16 September, so it is clear that Team India can play without lead sponsors for the Asia Cup.
