Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a public meeting in Purnia, Bihar on Monday (September 15, 2025), mentioned the schemes and achievements of the NDA government. At the same time, he attacked the Congress and RJD strongly. He said that his government is committed to the service of backward and poor, while the opposition is only engaged in vote bank politics.
Priority to backward and poor- PM Modi
Prime Minister Modi said that in the last 11 years, 4 crore people have been given a pucca house, while the work of giving 3 crore pucca houses is going on. Our government’s goal is to give a pucca house to every poor. Construction of Terminal Building of Purnia Airport was completed in just five months. He said that the Congress and RJD are responsible for the backwardness of Seemanchal. During the NDA government, new stories of development are being written in Seemanchal.
Tightening on Rahul Gandhi
Prime Minister Modi lashed out at Rahul Gandhi without naming that he did not even know the name of Makhana. PM Modi said- ‘Nowadays those leaders who are circling here, before I have made a program to come here, those leaders would not have heard the name of Makhana.’
He informed about the notification of the formation of the National Makhana Board. Through this, the use of technology will be increased to provide better prices to Makhana farmers. A schemes worth about 475 crore have been approved for the development of Makhana region.
Strict warning on intruders, allegations against opposition
Prime Minister Modi warned the intruders and his supporters that the rule of law will be done in India. He accused the Congress and the RJD that these people are engaged in saving the intruders. He clearly said, “Every intruder will have to go out of the country.” Referring to the demographic crisis, he said that the reason for the Congress and the RJD in Seemanchal and Eastern India is the policies of Congress and RJD. Also, the announcement of the Demography Mission from the Red Fort was also repeated.
Double engine empowerment of women in government
PM Modi said that during the RJD rule, mothers and sisters were afraid, but today women under the double engine government have become inspiration by women, Drone Didi and Jeevika Didi. He said that the public is the family for the NDA government.
Inauguration and foundation stone of development projects
Prime Minister Modi laid the foundation stone and inauguration of rail, agriculture and air development projects worth more than Rs 40,000 crore in Purnia. Apart from this, he also launched the National Makhana Board.
