‘Porn videos made from exhaust fan’s hole’, shocking revelations in Kolkata Law College case charge sheet

Many big revelations have been made in the 650 -page charge sheet filed by the police in the Kolkata Law College case. In this charge sheet it was said that the main accused had made many videos of the victim, which blackmailed her. Police have found that the medical examination of the woman has revealed the rape and the DNA test of the accused matches the forensic evidence.

On June 25, the first semester student was allegedly gang-raped by Mano Mano Manb Ahmed and Pramit Mukherjee, the main accused and alumni of the college, in the South Calcutta Law College campus by the main accused and alumni of the college, in which a case is registered against 4 accused. Security guard Pinaki Banerjee is also included as the fourth accused.

CCTV video dragging the victim and hostage

The charge sheet report stated that a CCTV footage of the entire incident has also been recovered, in which the accused are seen dragging the victim and taking hostage. Several pornographic videos of the victim have been recovered from the mobile phones of other accused, which were taken from the hole of the exhaust fan in the wall.

The report revealed that there are some voices in the video found in the investigation, which match the accused. Also, the mobile location of the accused was found at the scene. It was also said in the charge sheet that instead of informing the police nearby, the security guard closed the room, which has been included in the list of the accused.

College administration action

Let me tell you that earlier, arrests have been made 8 times against the accused Manoja Mishra in other cases, but his friends got him released on bail. Since 2024, accused Manjit, who was working as a temporary employee in the college, was dismissed. Also, both the accused students have been removed from the college.
