Sarvesh kushare becomes first Indian to Qualify for World Athletics Championships High Jump Final

India’s high jump athlete Sarvesh Kusare Tokyo has created history. In fact, he has qualified for the final of men’s high jump at the Athletics World Championship. After which he has become the first athlete to do this feat for the country.

Kushre entered the finals of the event by jumping 2.25 meters and has become one of the thirteen finalists who compete for the medal.

Indian walking players Sandeep Kumar and Priyanka Goswami finished 23rd and 24th in the 35 km events of men and women on Saturday on the first day of the 9 -day competition.
