Telangana youth died in US in suspicious circumstances, family demands to bring back dead body from the center

The 30 -year -old Telangana, who was allegedly shot dead by the American police, claimed that he was a victim of ‘racist hatred and discrimination’. Mohammad Nizamuddin of Mahbubnagar district was shot by officials of Santa Clara Police Department when he reached the site of quarrel on 03 September.

Prior to the incident, Nizamuddin wrote on social media that he is a victim of racial hatred, racial discrimination, racial harassment, torture, salary fraud, wrongly dismissal and hindrance in justice ‘. In a post on social media, Nizamuddin had said, “I have been a victim of racial hatred, racial discrimination, racial harassment, torture, salary, wrongdoing, wrong dismissal and justice.”

Was being evicted from home

He had said, ‘Today I decided to raise my voice despite all the difficulties. The harassment done by corporate dictators should stop and every person involved should get severe punishment. Nizamuddin also wrote in the message that where he used to work, he faced bitterness, unacceptable atmosphere, racial discrimination, racial harassment and salary fraud.

He had alleged, ‘He completely finished my job. It did not end here, with the help of a racist spy and team, harassment, discrimination and threatening behavior continued. Later the situation worsened. He claimed that poison was added to his food and he was being evicted from his house due to fighting against injustice.

Nizamuddin used to work as software in America

Citing the information received from a friend of his son, Nizamuddin’s father Mohammad Hasanuddin told ‘PTI’ that the incident took place on September 3, although it is not clear what exactly happened. Hasanuddin said that his son was working as a software professional in America after completing his studies.

Giving details of the incident, Santa Clara Police Department said that on September 3 at around 6:18 am, his officials received information about a knife attack in a house. The caller told that a suspect stabbed a person in the house. Police said that when the officer reached there, he encountered Nizamuddin, who was shot by an officer.

Joint investigation of the case by police department

Nizamuddin was rushed to the local hospital, where he was declared dead. The victim was transferred to the local hospital. The case is being jointly investigated by the Santa Clara County District Attorney Office and Santa Clara Police Department. The police has not yet identified the suspect in this case.

San Francisco -based Indian Consulate General said in a post on the social media forum ‘X’ that it is saddened by the death of Indian citizen Nizamuddin in an incident related to Santa Clara police. He said, ‘We are in touch with local authorities and family and will provide all possible help. In this difficult time, our condolences and prayers are with the bereaved family.

Police got this information at the scene of the incident

During a press conference last week, Santa Clara Police Chief Corey Morgan gave detailed information about the incident. He said that the officials of Santa Clara Police Department reacted to the ‘unrest spreading calls’, resulting in one of his officials to shoot an attacker, who was attacking another person with a knife.

He said, “On the basis of initial investigation, we believe that the officer stopped the widespread damage and clearly saved the lives of at least one person and possibly others.” Morgan told that when the officer reached that place, he received information that the situation had deteriorated and the suspected victim is attacking the victim with a knife.

Police fired before the victim

He said that as soon as the first officer reached the spot, he heard strong noise from inside and pushed the front door and entered inside the house. The officer saw four people there, including the suspect, who was sitting on the victim and pressing him on the ground.

Morgan showed a picture of a clash with a camera on the officer’s body, in which the suspect is seen sitting on top of the victim. The officer tried to calm the situation. Morgan said that the officer saw that the suspected knife was about to attack the victim, fired four bullets and the four bullets hit the suspect.

Family requests from Foreign Minister

The suspect was rushed to the local hospital, where he was declared dead at 7:22 am, while the victim was taken to another local hospital. Morgan said that the victim thanked the law enforcement officers for quick and decisive action.

The victim’s father has appealed to the Central Government to instruct him to help Mahbubnagar, the Indian Embassy at Washington DC and his son’s body from the Indian Consulate General in San Francisco. Meanwhile, ‘Majlis Bachao Tehreek’ (MBT) spokesperson Amjad Ullah Khan has urged External Affairs Minister Jaishankar to help the family in the matter.
