Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat made a big statement at a book release ceremony held in Indore on Sunday (15 September). He said that India is proving all those predictions wrong, in which it was said that this country will not be able to stand after independence.
Bhagwat gave an example of former British Prime Minister
Giving the example of former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, Bhagwat said, “Churchill had said that India will be shattered and not able to stand after the end of British rule, but India proved them wrong. We not only move forward but are standing firmly united.”
Sangh chief shows mirror to Britain
The Sangh chief showed the mirror to Britain in gestures and said that today England itself is standing in a state of partition, while India is strong and moving forward on the path of development. He further said, “We were divided, but in future we will also add it again. India will move forward, will not be divided.”
What did Mohan Bhagwat say on the ancient heritage of India?
Mohan Bhagwat emphasized the ancient heritage of India and said that when India was a world guru for thousands of years, there was no major conflict in the world. He said, “Today the root of global struggles is private selfishness. Some consider themselves to be superior and this ego gives rise to problems. The specialty of India is that faith here is based on logic, knowledge and direct evidence.
“Life runs on the basis of reverence and faith”
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said that life runs on the basis of reverence and faith. He said that those who were earlier called rootists have also started accepting this fact. Bhagwat said that the main reason for struggle and conflict in the world today is the ego and selfishness of the people. Everyone only thinks that he should move forward and the other cannot grow. This is why mutual conflict is increasing. Giving examples, he said that earlier we used to do the work of cutting the throat or cutting pockets, but now the whole world is doing this.
