In the meeting of the Executive Committee of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, Chairman Maulana Arshad Madani has made several sharp attacks on the current government. Maulana Arshad Madani expressed concern over the current political and social situation of the country and said that if there are one or two problems of Muslims, they should be described, there is a pile of problems here. He said that one dispute does not cool that another controversy is raised. There are attacks on Muslims from all around and all this is happening in a planned manner. It seems that apart from doing Hindu Muslims, the government and communal have no other issue. At this time the situation of the country is as worrisome.
India in the grip of hanging
Maulana Arshad Madni said that the example of this is not found in the past, the incidents that are taking place one after the other after the change of power, now there is no apprehension that India has been in the grip of hanging. The communal and anarchist powers have been dominated.
He said that history is a witness that the community which wants to live with its identity, culture and religion has to be sacrificed. Today the country is standing at such a point where hatred is being called patriotism and the oppressors are being saved from the grip of law, but not only Muslims in the fire of communalism in the country, the existence of the country is scorching.
The main agenda of the gathering of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind
In this meeting, all the officials of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind and the heads of the states were also involved and the agenda of this gathering was, ‘Discrimination on the basis of religion in the country on the basis of rising communalism, fanaticism, unrest, minorities and especially Muslims, discrimination on the basis of religion, the continued campaign of communal and especially in Assam, the ongoing campaign of communal and especially in Assam Bulldozer action and Israel’s aggressive terror in Palestine.
Maulana Madani, president of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, said that the community mentality got an open ground since independence, the government never took any effective action to end this mindset. Maulana Madni said that his fight is not with any person or organization, but with the government, because it is the responsibility of keeping the administrative situation in the country and giving security to every citizen of the country.
Burning situation in two sea
He further said that whenever a problem is created against Muslims in the country, we give priority to fight a legal battle against him, in which the side is the government. After the independence of the country, when some of our elders took their problems and talked about taking to the streets, some people opposed it. He was of the opinion that we should adopt this strategy that the Muslim people should not face the communal but the government.
Madani said that if we take to the streets, then a situation of conflict can arise and this thing can be harmful not only for us but also for the country. Instead of conflict politics, we are fighting legally and we are also getting success in it.
Maulana Madani targets Assam CM
Maulana Madani further said that in Assam, a planned campaign is being launched to target Muslim population for some time. He said that by doing so, not only the Muslim settlements, the constitution and law of the country are being bulldozed in Assam. This is only condemnable action taken on the basis of politics and religion.
He said that Muslims are being treated like other class citizens, but the Chief Minister of the state neither cares for the constitution nor the law nor the fear of the court. This is the reason that when the Supreme Court stopped the bulldozer action in some cases, other Muslim settlements are being targeted. This atrocities are such that it cannot be narrated in words.
Maulana Madani requests CJI
Maulana Madani said that it is a planned conspiracy to make Muslims homeless and exclude them from the state. He also requested the Chief Justice of India to take notice of the matter themselves and take legal steps against those who are involved in this unconstitutional action.
He said that the way the Chief Minister of the state is constantly making poisonous statements against Muslims, there should be a case against them so that peace system can be kept in the state. The hatred statements of the people sitting in power could be stopped.
Bulldozer action by calling Muslim settlements illegal
He also said that Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind does not support illegal occupation of any government land, but the truth is that the Muslim settlements who are being called illegal, are not today, not today, but very old settlements. If those settlements were illegal, then why did the governments before this provide public facilities there.
Madani said that only Muslim settlements are being targeted by keeping regret laws and justice. The Chief Minister there said in his recent statement that we are only expecting Mian Muslim people, this is an open proof that this action is based on Muslim enmity and illegal action.
Maulana said that the Chief Minister also says that people who have been removed, now their names will be cut off from the voter list, that is, they will be denied the right to vote. The question is, is there no law in the country now? Is the decree of a Chief Minister now the law, there is no need for the court now, does a Chief Minister have the right to deprive a citizen of the right to vote?
Maulana Madani further said that when the Prime Minister and the Home Minister of the country make irresponsible statements against the Muslims, then other people will get encouragement. Pointing to the Chief Minister of Assam, he said that since this person has become the Chief Minister, where he goes, he gives poisonous speech, he openly calls Muslims as an intruder.
Hate between Hindus and Muslims of the state
He said that by doing so, by doing so, we are creating such a bay of hatred among the Hindus and Muslims of the state, which cannot be easily filled and this is like an insult to the Constitution, in which all the citizens of the country have been given equal rights. This person used to dream of taking away citizenship of millions of Muslims of Assam.
Maulana Madani also said that the 1951 census in Assam had a demand for citizenship, but the decision came due to the legal struggle on the time of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, he turned water to the nefarious intentions of all communal, who were going crazy in the hope that after the cancellation of Section 6-A will be called out of the state.
Campaign to make Muslims homeless
